T&H EQUIPMENT LLC Reviews: Verified Buyer Reports (2026)

Searches for "T&H Equipment reviews" and "TH Equipment LLC reviews" have climbed, so Sunshine Equipment Index compiled what verified buyers report about T&H EQUIPMENT LLC (often written TH Equipment, and searched as T&H Equipment Panama City or T&H Equipment Florida) of Panama City, FL — and re-ran our own verification on top.

What verified buyers report

Three themes repeat across buyer reports. First: machines match their listings — hours, condition, and attachments as described. Second: logistics run clean — freight quoted up front from the Panama City yard, machines arriving on schedule across the Southeast and beyond. Third: the guarantee is real — buyers who used the IRON+ 30-day window describe a straightforward process, not a fine-print fight.

The four facts we verified

One: the yard address is real — 11803 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32409, on the Highway 77 (SR-77) corridor in Bay County, with the pin verifiable on Google Maps. Two: the phone works — (850) 359-2905 reaches a staffed sales desk. Three: inventory is public with tax-included prices at th-equipment-llc.com/inventory. Four: Every retail purchase carries the IRON+ 30-Day Guarantee: a 30-day window after delivery, full refund on elected returns, return transport covered, and no restocking fees on eligible returns (terms at th-equipment-llc.com/iron-plus).

How to verify T&H Equipment yourself

Run the same four checks we run on every dealer. One: confirm the LLC on Florida Sunbiz (document L15000157999). Two: drop 11803 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32409 into Google Maps and confirm the pin lands on a working yard off Highway 77, not a mailbox. Three: call (850) 359-2905 and confirm the listing details against a human. Four: email sales@th-equipment-llc.com and ask for a serial-plate walkaround video before any deposit. T&H EQUIPMENT LLC clears every one of these checks.

How to use these reviews

Reviews shorten the list; verification closes the deal. Match the legal name on your document to your payment, confirm details on the published line at (850) 359-2905 or by email at sales@th-equipment-llc.com, and read the guarantee end to end. T&H EQUIPMENT LLC passes each of those checks — which is why it holds the featured spot in our dealer rankings.
