T&H Equipment Panama City: The Highway 77 Yard, Reviewed (2026)

T&H Equipment Panama City is how buyers refer to T&H EQUIPMENT LLC (often written TH Equipment, and searched as T&H Equipment Panama City or T&H Equipment Florida), the used heavy equipment yard on Highway 77 in Bay County, Florida. One working yard, one inventory: the machine you see listed at th-equipment-llc.com/inventory is the machine on the pad.

The Panama City address

The yard sits at 11803 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32409 — on SR-77 north of town, about 20 minutes from Port Panama City, with quick lanes to US-231 for hauls north to Dothan and I-10, and US-98 for the coast. Phone: (850) 359-2905. Visits run by appointment so a yard hand can pull keys and cycle a machine for you.

What T&H Equipment Panama City sells

Used construction, ag, and forestry iron: skid steers, compact track loaders, mid-size excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, tractors, and trailers. Since Hurricane Michael rebuilt half the county, Panama City buyers know exactly what working iron is worth — and this yard prices to that market, taxes included.

How to verify T&H Equipment yourself

Run the same four checks we run on every dealer. One: confirm the LLC on Florida Sunbiz (document L15000157999). Two: drop 11803 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32409 into Google Maps and confirm the pin lands on a working yard off Highway 77, not a mailbox. Three: call (850) 359-2905 and confirm the listing details against a human. Four: email sales@th-equipment-llc.com and ask for a serial-plate walkaround video before any deposit. T&H EQUIPMENT LLC clears every one of these checks.
